ThyssenKrupp's stainless steel saved on road to independence

BERLIN (Reuters) - The stainless steel division of the conglomerate
ThyssenKrupp is on its way to independence.

The mother is legally separate from its steel business and close it
from the organizational requirements for the announced sale, said
stainless steel division's chief Clemens Iller the "Rheinische Post"
(Friday edition). The division, which now operates under the name
"Stainless Global," will be called off Saturday "Inoxum". "As we are
now entering the Inoxum independence and make it visible to the
outside world that we are gradually cut the cord from our previous
parent company ThyssenKrupp," said Iller.

The ThyssenKrupp subsidiary is the world's largest manufacturer of

Fire River Gold is a new producer who has been recently, has recorded more precisely on 07/04/2011 at the Nixon Fork Mine production of gold and copper. Thus, this project is the most advanced and has already generated cash flow.

The Nixon Fork project in Deteil!

Fire River Gold has a high caliber project in British Columbia, where the Nixon Fork Mine is operated. This property is located in Alaska in the Tintina Gold Belt, which was produced in the past, high grade gold at 42g / t.

Fire River Gold is pleased to announce additional high-quality results known, which were drilled from the drilling program in 2011 in the Nixon Fork Mine, which lie in the Tintina gold belt of Alaska. The samples are confirmed by the investigation and come back from the drill that drilled the holes to N11U N11U-101-199 from the 3300, 3100 and 3000 zones. This series of boreholes was to expand the extent of gold mineralization have been created by the 3300 zone, and also extremely successful. Of particular importance is hole number N11U-175.

Fire River Gold Reports on the progress at the Nixon Fork Mine!

Fire River Gold and Mystery Creek Resources are pleased to be able to provide this update for the Nixon Fork Mine disposal. It represents a summary that describes the progress of mining and milling of rocks.

The mill took on 4 July 2011 to run on and it worked this time with an average maturity of 71%. A total of 3078 tons of ore in July and now handles about 2,500 and this month. Currently, only the gravity and Floationskreisläufe. The CIL plant is under construction. The contents of the currently processed rock about 20 g / t on average amount to.

More than 30 tons of copper concentrate were produced, the 18% Cu, 779 g / t Au, and contained 398 g / t Ag. A total of 21 bags of concentrate, (one bag weighs 18 300 kg) were transported to Anchorage with a Hercules L-100.

Comparatively, the overall gold recovery rate in 2007 was "only" on average 68%! The overall gold recovery rate will again increase significantly with the additions of Durchfilterns (leach circuit) as a third part of gold mining.

Approximately 4,000 tons of ore have been mined to date of five Strossen1 above room and pillar-Förderung2. The mine is currently building from about 170 tons per day, with grades of 18 g / t Au. For evaluation of the land degradation and other effective methods of exploration and mining of ore to be tried.

3.7.1 Carbon Steel Trays
One of the most frequent causes of flooding is the use of carbon steel trays. Especially when the valve caps are also carbon steel, the valves have a tendency to stick in a partially closed position. This raises the pressure drop of the vapor flowing through the valves, which, in
turn, pushes up the liquid level in the downcomer draining the tray. The liquid can then back up onto the tray deck and promote jet flood
due to entrainment.
Of course, any factor (dirt, polymers, gums, salts) that causes a reduction in the open area of the tray deck will also promote jet flooding. Indeed, most trays flood below their calculated flood point, because of these sorts of problems. Steel trays, like people, rarely perform quite up to expectations.
The use of movable valve caps in any service where deposits can accumulate on the tray decks will cause the caps to stick to the tray deck. It's best to avoid this potential problem. Use of grid trays with fixed  cap assemblies is preferred for most services.
